Apparent Choice SUCKS

Please do not call them. There employee Glenn P. has taken over $7,000 from an older couple, that is the second time a few years ago he did it to another couple, but that was like $9,000. I was there when it was reported. Plus they suck and do not care about there work.

Are you talking about the girls place on Newton St Fredonia or is that something else?

they treated me like sh*t,they do poor work and i reported them to BBB,STAY away from this piss poor company.

That place is Home Base. Friends used them for kitchen cabinets etc and were thrilled.

they sure do suck...if you have a problem don't ever expect them to call you back...also had problems with them...

everytime i see their truck in someones driveway i feel like knocking on the door and telling them don't do it...if you have a problem don't EVER expect to get a call back...you have to hunt them down...good luck to anyone that has had work done! all sub contractors, and some pretty shi**y ones at that.

My Aunt tried using them, gave them $3,500 down on doors and almost a year later they still hadn't shown up or returned any of her calls. When someone would answer the phone they told her a million excuses and gave her a total runaround. She finally called Channel 4 Luke Moretti and he called them and got her money back for her. They didn't want to be shown on television. She wasn't the first victim and I'm sure she won't be the last!!

Are you willing to give names? I know a couple he just did this to also! Very, very upset!!! We need to stop this guy from doing this to anyone else! Not to mention, he does shitty work!

Are NORTON BROTHERS good to deal with ?? Anybody know ??

Glenn Pickering works for Apparent Choice (don't know who owns them) but then he also does work on the side through his own business which is where I think most of the problems are occuring.

a guy named bill hollman owns the business they operate out the place on rt 60 next to aldriches...where the flea mkt used to be...

Apparent Choice does suck. They ripped me off. I've heard that they are going out of business.

I have also heard that they are going out of busines as well. It doesn't supprise me. I got an estimate from them to put new windows in my house and it was almost 15 thousand more than any of the other estimates. They rip people off and are not honost. Don't get work done from them if infact they haven't gone out of business yet.

He just put a roof on for us and it is totally worthless and bound to lead all winter. All we've gotten are more worries

They are not the apparent choice. They ripped me off earlier this year. I ended up paying way more than the already high estimate. There work was also very shotty. My son and I could have probably done a better job. Bill is a real swindler. I know a lot of other people that said his estimates were thousands more than other local home improvement companies. I would never reccomend him!!

Ok, anyone out there specifically have problems with Glenn P. and his side business? NOT through Apparent Choice? Please post & be specific. I am trying to find people who have had problems with Glenn P. Thanks.
