No justice for molested special needs girl

At the end of february of this year my daughters told me they were being abused at their mom's house. The oldest is a special needs child 14 at the time. The youngest is 8. The 14 year old Rachel does has limitations on her speech ability, but was able to get the point across, and she was backed up by her sister. The main complaint was that their mom's boyfriend would hit Rachel in the head over and over. Not long before this Rachel had had a dramatic increase in seizures, part of her condition is epilepsy.
I informed my exwife of what they told me, she kicked her boyfriend out and filed a police report. Which I thought was great with how fast she did it all. Then I found out their mother went back to police station and talk to the detective and told him the allegations were exaggerated, and some were made up. Less than 2 weeks later she takes the boyfriend back.
I picked the girls up the next time I was to have them and they told me the bf was back. Later that night Rachel told me that now he was hitting her legs and stomach. She also said he would fondle her breats and put his hand down her pants. The youngest will not talk about anything that happened at her mom's house. After months of therapy she told me that the bf would stop hitting her.
The local police and DFS have done an excellent investgating the case. DFS even held a meeting with the prosecuting attorney of fredericktown on June 27th about this case. DFS told the PA that they had evidence beyond a shadow of a doubt that the BF was guilty of sexually molesting Rachel. To this day the prosecuting attorneys office has yet to do anything with the case. Except make excuses and other people for having the proof they need. Namely the FPD and DFS. Even though the investigation from FPD was signed for on April 19th of this year, meaning they've had it all along and have no intention of filing any charges.
No charges on the BF for sexual abuse, physical abuse nothing. Nor the mother who facilitated all this, no child endagerment, no child neglect, no accessory to a felony. So yes there is a child molester walking around with the rest of us that will not have to face prosecution. Who is free to do samething to more children.

Talk with an Attorney of your choice. Many will talk with you the first time for free and let you know whether or not they want and/or can help you. Posting it on here will more than likely go against you. I know a couple of people that lost their Jobs because of posting on FB after having called in sick. Some because of what they posted, some because of when they posted. They were guilty as charged and this is an At-Will State. Having said that, be careful; be wise. We have no way of verifying anything you say as truth or fiction so getting someone on here on your side may make you feel good, but vindication comes in the Courtroom.

Obviously this will never see a court room and i haven't named the people who the allegations are against. It doesn't matter what you believe i have stated facts that are documented

I would be raising the roofs in this town! Tell the prosecutor you want to press charges yourself, if they are not! You do have that right, it's your child! But, I'll tell you this much, not near as severe, but another charge, that was made in March/April, just made it to the docket this week. They do not get in any hurry, that is for sure!

Talk to an attorney about what? You don't hire an attorney to prosecute crimes. I'm doing my civic duty letting people know this predator is out there and will not face prosecution.

Talk to an attorney about what? Really? About your daughters being abused, THAT'S what! We, as parents, have to stand up for our children. No one else will do that for us. It's YOUR job as her parent to do something about it. Do not stop until he is put away! Go to the local media, do whatever you have to do.

Call every day and push the issue! Some times that's what it takes! Plus start talking to a lawyer of your own and have them push the issue sounds like you could have a good case against the PA also if they aren't wanting to do anything about this when there is facts and proof that it has happened! Do your job as a parent and look into what all you can do starting with getting you and your girls a lawyer and take them from their mother if she is going to continue to put them in harms way!!! Wake up, you are an adult and you sound like you want to do what's best for your kids so do it already!!!

Exactly what I mean! Thank you,what and peaches,for that info. Evidently he needed it. As they have both said,get a lawyer and get that dirty bastard! But also,tell the public about this person! Get him noticed! If pa dont want to do anything,tell him you will take it to news channels,like channel 2-5-12etc,news. They definately will not want that! This town's officials overlook way too much as it is. If you don't have the money for a lawyer,contact legal aid of southeast Missouri,for legal assistance for low income families. If your daughter is disabled,you have alot to work with! Children with disabilities deserve to be and live the same as other children! Contact MCCDD,DFS,now that it's in Park Hills with new workers(since&uly1st),Chil dren with disabilities act may also be of help as to where else you could get help with this. I'd try telling them the news,an if they don't act within a week,do it! Also,look the bastard up on casenet or mo state hwy patrol/sexual predators. He may already be a pedifile! Don't let him,or anyone for that matter,get away with touching/molesting your kids! Do whatever it takes!

"dont blame you" gave you some interesting info/advice not acting on it could eventually backfire on you. The way things work today, it could be you who ends up in Prison. Meaning, you posted on Topix that you have proof that you Child(ren) have been abused/molested and yet by other Posts you appear to be not willing to do something about it. There are many Representatives you can contact and you should make every effort to report this. Take action on this situation. After-all, you came to Topix to tell your Story, why stop here? You claim it's to alert people he's out here somewhere. Has this individual been convicted? If not they're not a registered Offender. If they have been convicted, but not complying and you know it and now opening up yourself online you too could end up in Jail. I would definietely seek to hold the guy responsible by filing a civil suit against him. Then, many others could not ignore the truth of the matter.

If this child is a special needs child,you have way more rights than those who aren't,just use them! It's election year,you'll get results!

Ok. before you comment on a post read all of it. A private attorney can do nothing. i have talked to the PA and his office many times. contacted every government official for the area and the state. i have contacted every news station and paper from here to stl. The prosecutor has total discretion over what cases he prosecutes and this will not be one of them.

i have done everything legally possible. every suggestion has been done some are still being done. guess what apparently none in authority care

I'll tell ya what why you guys ask the PA why he won't prosecute the case with an abundance of evidence. see how far it gets you then make the same comments to do what i have already done. and election year means nothing so far

I call BS! There is no way in hell that you contacted every resource available with this info and nothing has been done about it. I have a special needs child myself, so this really strikes a nerve with me. I KNOW the resources out there and I KNOW people are not going to stand by and let something so serious go...unless they've investigated and found out none of it's true.I want to find the guy myself and I don't even know your daughter. If this really IS a case of abuse and you're not just a BS artist, then go to the media!! Let him tell the Heartland on live tv why he won't prosecute.
