Upon moving here I have been using this CVS. I have found most employees nice. However New Years Eve I visited this CVS is a great mood.. In needing help from a one Don I found very upsetting. He is extremely rude and offers no help and will speak down to a customer. I walked away feeling upset and angry at the way he treated me. I attempted to call the store # on the receipt and it is a non working number. It is my sugestion to other CVS customers to use the other CVS in this area.

What is the address of this store, and did you try talking to a manager ? If that would have happen to me, I would try and find a way to contact a head office are speak to a branch manager! I am a server and I would NEVER talk to a guest that way! Sincerely Artist Carl B. Frederick MD

I have had a bad experience with that same man. He is not nice at all. I work in a field dealing with the public and someone who acts like he does to customers should be fired.

Or at the very least, sensativity training or a seminar on how to deal with the public. Remember in the 70's and 80's when the customer was right and people had pride in their jobs?

People do not take pride in anything anymore. Nothing is earned not even the dollar that puts the food on the tables. Everyone walks around feeling like someone owes them something. If I could go back in time, I so would. To a time when things where simplier and it did not kill someone just to smile at you.

Me too, these kids today know nothing. The 70's and 80's were awesome. None of this shit of today. I'd gladly give up my cell phone and computer and be 18 again in 1982 and go back to a simpler way of life when people treated each other with some dignity and compassion, when kids were wanted and nurtured in childhood. I would go back too if I could take my children with me. I raised decent human beings because I was raised to be decent.

Those two managers are just flat out rude. My nephew refuses to go back in there. Some people in a position over people let it go to their heads. They start thinking they can treat customers like their employees. My opinion is those kinds of people do not need to be in those positions.

I was in there mid afternoon and wittness the bald manger that wears glasses be extrmely rude to a customer at the counter, because he was more concern with getting back to his personal phone conversation. I use the one on the Golden Mile after wittnessing that.

I agree some of the staff like that light skinned black man who wears the blue jecket. This man is flat out rude and hateful everytime I have had to go through his line at the register. So much so I finally quit going there and switched to the other CVS. A persons attitude can make or break a customers thought on returning to a store. If you are a person that is so miserable they have to be rude to everyone they encounter, find another job. We all have problems being acting like your better then the world does not solve them. Stop smoking where the public has to walk right past you as well, some people are allergic to it.
