Why are people from Darien, Ga. and Burnips, MI so interested in Franklin, NC? How about taking Bob Scott to Darien or better yet, Barnips as thats further away. Scott is a royal pain in the a__ as far as I'm concerned. And yes I live in Macon County.

Wonder how the "performing arts center's" "Aida" is doing, certainly aren't any traffic jams at the entrance, didn't even need police traffic controls?

Well.....when a person is born in this area and still has family there.......there are ties to this area. It is not a vacation home or get away.....it is home away from my current home.

But never fear.....we have grave robbers here also.
