Discrimination at Franklin Hair Salon

Scott it is very kind of you to offer your services to Latisha. I feel sorry for the terrible experience she had along with numerous others at Salon Elan. I have to say I have read the updates on this post quite frequently. I also noticed that this Pam at Salon Elan has been hiring for a front desk person for what seems like years. It wont be long before her business sinks I am sure. Reputation is everything in the business world. I know from past experience as I used to own a botique down the Cape for about a decade. Anyways my advice is to shop around and google any service before becoming a customer. You could save yourself from a terrible experience in the end.

Salon Elan.....WHERE BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!

I have personal knowledge of people that have worked there and, IMO, have been driven to leave there because of a crazy unprofessional owner who does not value and/or feels threatened by the talents of those people.

I can tell by reading the comments of others on this site, that I am not alone in my view of this owner. One must question how she can stay in business. Have you ever noticed the high turnover of staff at this place?

Again I tell all Franklin residents, it IMO that BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE AT THIS SALON.

There are so many great salons out there and this is not one of them.

It is small and stuffy and the owner is off the wall IMO.

It is no wonder that many of the finest employees have left there. With so much turnover, it does not take a bright person to figure out who is the real problem within that business.

Me thinks someone needs a shrink! Just my opinions of course :)

I totally disagree w/ these negative comments regarding salon elan. The owner herself,(I think her name was Pam) personally shaved my ass(only requiring 4 bandaids!) I can now walk around backwards in complete confidence. Thanks Pam!!

I was job searching for things onilne and I noticed this board and a job opening with Salon Elan today. Whomever posted the job posting couldn't spell "Verizon" correctly. Another negative to go along with the several other negatives i've read.

I recently purchased a new/used vehicle at Franklin Ford on rte 140 - Franklin.
I traded in my exisiting vehicle along w/2 sets of keys and 2 auto starters. I was given 1 key for the new vehicle and told an additional one would be $50.00. when my husband went to pick up the key, they wanted $150.00. They reduced the cost down to $118.00. although this is not alot of money- it's the point. We have left several messages and have not received a call back.
It's sad when you find out that what people say about Salesman can be true - only care about the sale. My salesman did not have the decency to (at the least) return my numerous phone calls
