No just because his mother was American , That doesn't make him American when he was born in Kenya and his father was not an American either also born in Kenya , Then Obama's mother married an Indonesian Muslim man , He also wasn't American. The President of the United States is quite possibly the most vetted job on the planet. If there was any concrete evidence out there which proves that Obama was born in Kenya then either Clinton would have dug it up during the primary or McCain would have done so during the general election.

Even if it can be proved that Obama made a statement at some point that he was born in Kenya that is hardly enough to kick him out of office.

I know full well what the requirements are for being the President of the United States. I also understand that Obama's background was checked countless times before the 2008 election and that he was cleared as a viable candidate.

I'm not aware of any concrete proof that Obama said that he was born in Kenya. Someone else says that Obama made that statement 20 years ago, and that qualifies as hearsay.

Even if there is an audio video recording of Obama making that statement it's still not enough to kick him off of the ballot for 2012. Obama would claim that the story was fictional or that he was taken out of context.

You can't honestly believe that a witness claiming that Obama said something decades ago will lead to his being disqualified.

Obama has produced numerous documents including a birth certificate and newspaper records which say that he was born in Hawaii.

There is no concrete proof which says otherwise.

A literary agent claiming that he had a conversation with Obama 20 years ago where he said that he was born in Kenya doesn't even come close to the level of evidence which would be needed to disqualify Obama from running for office. That's not even enough to justify opening an official investigation into the matter.

When GWB was running for office there was speculation that he had a history of using cocaine. When Bill Clinton was running for reelection there was a woman who claimed that he had sexually assaulted her during his first term. There was no legal action taken in either of those cases because there was no evidence to back up either claim.

This story about a literary agent saying that Obama claimed to have been born in Kenya will be added to the list of unsuccessful attempts to tarnish a presidential candidate.
