Does anyone out there know when the little ones are coming out for Trick or Treat here in Frankfort?
I'd sure appreciate any help you could give me. The husband has already started to dip in it..Ok Ok Me too....:-)

I'm just trying to find a CLEAR answer, what night is Franklin County observing Trick or Treat? Thursday? Friday? Saturday? I have heard from 6 to 8 for the time but what day?
