Give me a damn break. I was involved in the Larue County fiasco and you're a liar. And as far as ” having her heart in the right place”- a LOT of rescuers are animal hoarders in disguise. No real rescuer would put a dog on a log chain attached with concrete to a water barrel. If you don't have proper accommodations for them or the means to feed them properly, let them go to someone who does! Simple enough.

You are talking about an unabashed racist after all...

I even asked her why she would take in a 25 year old horse? Her response was "So it wouldn't be slaughtered." Personally seems to me that her heart was in the right place. Just not well prepared as far as fenced in area goes. As far as the dogs go, they are all fat, and pretty energetic, except for one that looks to be about 12-13 years old. For an American Pit Bull Terrier to even live that long is rare. As far as Larue county goes, she had been in Georgia for 6 months, and was paying someone to care for the dogs, and they dropped the ball!! Hell they barely even showed up!! As for the dogs from Hurricane Katrina, she fostered out a great majority of them. One guy strait stole the 2 dogs he had. Another guy produced phone records showing where he called the people responsible for the Katrina dogs, and never received a response. The dogs were up here for about 2 years before anyone came looking for them. All of them were infected with something, heart worm, etc... When the director of Tylertown dropped the ball, she rolled over on Sandi Coy for a scape goat. One dog that was returned to the rescue group, was stashed in Indiana so that they could drum up more sorrow, and make a profit machine out of the whole venture. The dog lived it's days out safe sound and healthy with miss G. Although the Hurricane Katrina rescue group never returned for her! I already know who started this post, and you need to keep your ass in Louisiana, or be prepared for some Bluegrass justice. You are a miserable woman, with no life! I wish you well and maybe one of these days you will find a hobby that doesn't include harassing people everywhere. I am very well tied into the judicial system, and have heard your phone calls. Not to mention the phone calls and area codes of all your friends from Tylertown. WV, IN, LA, etc... Dear Frankfortians, Do not fall into this ladies rhetoric, and show them that we are way smarter then any swamp water sucking bored house wife. People the media lies. Bored house wives start drama for others, because they have nothing else to do! The HSUS runs those pathetic ads on TV to dive into your wallets. They really don't care about those animals. It's all about $$$$$!! If not their Organization President wouldn't live in a $500,000.00 house! Think twice before you make assumptions, because assumptions make an A$$ out of you! Get off the crack bitch!!! those pic of the horses are recent. and we are not from LA. That Coy needs to go to hell for abusing poor animals. she has bought off the local county sheriffs department and others. that's why her boss said he was going to fire her for bring those nazi people down here to rally. People like her will be going to hell. God don't like Ugly!!!

AXE - Question of curiosity? NOT AN ATTACK!! Have you ever stopped and spoke with Mrs. Coy about your disagreement about her animals?
I was only wondering, maybe if you stake your side of the story to her you might get somewhere. When cops show up, it makes people nervous. Although when diplomacy and brotherhood is extended minds work as teams, and progress is made! It's a thought??

Yep, she's crazy. Had a run-in with her once. And, I also heard she pulled a gun on some kids from boyscouts walking down the road picking up litter in front of her property. Is there any truth to that?

I want to thank the Sheriff for acting on this! He is not afraid to confront drug dealers or animal abusers. I live close by this property and each time I have to drive by and look at those poor animals it turned my stomach.

Coys plead not guilty to animal abuse charges
State Journal staff report Published: August 20, 2012 11:27AM
A couple charged with animal cruelty has been ordered to surrender their animals to the Franklin County Humane Society – even their two goldfish.
William and Sandra Coy were arraigned by video today in Franklin District Court on more than 20 charges of animal cruelty after law enforcement found “deplorable” conditions at the Coys’ Saint Johns Road home Friday.
Both pleaded not guilty.
Franklin District Judge Chris Olds ordered the Coys to surrender their remaining animals, which include pit bulls, pigs, a horse and alpacas, to the Humane Society. Deputies seized 19 dogs and four birds from the home Friday.
Sandra Coy, 55, and William Coy, 48, both said they did not completely understand the charges against them.
“I have no home, I have nothing … you’ve taken my home, you’ve taken my animals,” Sandra Coy said by video from Franklin County Regional Jail.
Humane Society Shelter Manager Nancy Benton attended the arraignment and said the shelter is accepting donations to care for the animals.

When i first charged the mccoys back in 2008 i had no support from my own partner todd moore. He didnt want to touch it. The sherriff (Clark) made a remark to me and im paraphrasing that he would just assume shoot a dog or something. Dont quote me its been almost five years. I had rick sparks support after i presented him with video evidense of the conditions of the animals. But the problem is the laws are too open when animal cruelity is concerned. Its hard to nail a specific charge due to the way the laws are written. So we went with basic cruelity charges and failure to vaccinate. She was found guilty and was slapped on the wrist. I was ashamed with the dept. With Todd Moore and everyone involved. They made me feel like i was burdening them to searve the search warrent to seize the dogs. Dont get wrapped up in the politics today. Todd moore should have handled this long before i was hired as asst. Officer. He however was too busy on his porn sites on company time with company laptops that the sherriff (clark) downplayed to " chat sites" and instead of fireing him slapped him on the wrist and COVERED IT UP. I was so disgusted I quit the dept. That folks is how animal control is percieved here in franklin county. and now a few days after mr moore was forced to resign they suddenly have a bust and Sherriff Meltons face is all over the news. Sounds like someones getting their resume together for the next election. Thats my opinion and as an american i have the right to express it and I have done just that.

Derek Rayborn has a lot to talk about, wasn't he brought up on some charges a few years back? Bottom line, there is no reason to treat a living breathing animal like this. Speicla place in HELL for people who fight and abuse animals.

Then Mr. Moore should be charged with the death of the poor dog that hung himself clawing to get water.
Pathetic. Disgusting. Appalling.

Speicla place in HELL for people who fight and abuse animals. First off since you know so much about me, or think you do come see me! I did not attack anyone, or anything. I simply asked a question that I thought may make a less aggressive, and more positive influence. If you have an issue with someone take it up with them. Since you are like most Frankfortians and to scared to use your real name I will assume you are as weak as the majority, and find you a waste. Pansy ass.
