Another drug bust today

Justice moves slowly. Probation, bond, time in jail is all scored by a system created and passed by your legislators. Judges do not make law they follow it. Legislators make law.

Justice also moves slowly. Be patient. These cases will be adjudicated in a timely manner and these criminals will be in jail for many years. It just takes time.

the judges can only do what the LAW allows them to do. there is a maximum amount of jail time that a judge can impose on someone. they cant just do whatever they want, thats why there are judges! they are the ones who dole out the law which is not written by them! if you want to change the amount of time someone serve for a crime, you dont go to the judge!
