What is it that you are hoping to do? Is there some other way to get what you need, such as mediation or something of that nature?

"Good lawyer" is an oxymoron! There ARE no "good lawyers". I think what you meant was "successful lawyer". Most are successful because they are allowed to practice legalized extortion.

If your having trouble with upper management, maybe its you who is the problem and not them. Look at yourself first.

Spoken like true "upper management". If you're not you're well on your way.

Pretty much anyone who can't get along with managers is a waste of time. If you're so unhappy, get out and let some of us who NEED a job get in. I hate hearing people whine about their government jobs but they won't let anyone else in who actually wants to work. If you can't play the game, get out. I'll be happy to fill your place, and I'll make sure my managers are very happy.

Having sex with your managers to keep them happy isn't really work. And as far as the employee being the problem? You are talking about state government all upper management is the good ole boy system. You can have really crappy upper management who are friends with their superiors or who know about the corruption of their superiors and that management keeps their jobs. It is the nature of government. And as far as them leaving the job so others can take it??? Where are they supposed to go? The unemployment line? That would just be retarded
