Get a life, nobody on here is a competitor, or they would be out of business worrying about old no parking over priced average food CLIFFSIDE. The novelty will wear off in 2 weeks, and the poor service and high prices will reduce the patrons to just enough to stay open and Keith and Sandy will have it up for sale in 6 months trying to double their money..... It won't happen. You are right on the mark, the big push is already wearing off, they better get the prices in line and get some short order cooks or it will be closed in a month.

A friend and I went there last week. The food was good, just what should be expected of a diner like Cliffside and there were no problems. A little skimpy on the fries. I agree that the wait staff could be a little better. I'm thinking that will get better after they're open a while and get more practice. I want them to stay open and I will continue to patronize them. I support small businesses at every opportunity.

And the difference is? Thief either way. She should not be trusted around money either way. Once a thief always a thief! Just saying!

I almost refrained from posting, but I want to share my experience. I went in tonight for the third time, and I think all the people there are working VERY hard and they seem like nice people, too.
However, my experience was this:
They ran my credit card three times. Not sure what the trouble was, but I hope I don't get 2 or 3 charges. My daughter and I stood there for about 45-50 minutes waiting on one single meal, and I felt like other people who ordered after me were getting their food while I stood there. Several times the older lady asked me about what sides I ordered, what the price of my meal was, even though it should all have been on the ticket. The two sides sat in my take-home box while waiting on the hamburger. When I got home the food was cold. To be honest, nothing tasted very good. The fried potatoes tasted like the cafeteria potatoes they serve in my daughter's middle-school. I might go back and get a coney here and there, but for regular meals I don't think this is the place for me.

You experienced what maybe 50% of customers there have experienced, and that is why it is slowing down so quickly. People have more optins than cliffside, in fact they are out of the way and have limited parking and eating space. The novelty has run out and they are still making big mistakes. Keith and Sandy will have it up for sale in no time. They will try too sell just the business and lease the building is my guess. They will show potential buyer gross reciepts that will look good, but if they wait a year to put on market then sales reciepts will be subpar. GOOD LUCK.

Not sure who you are but really don't care obviously a jelous looser I know them both and because they work 24/7 at any business they have I take it you have a problem with this..??? Get off your lazy butt and do something with yourself and quit mouthing about hard working people I know them both and they work very hard at whatever they do and for a bunch of jerks to get on here and run them down is pretty low.How they make a living is not your business, and what they do is not your business, The place is doing great and from what I was told it will not EVER be sold or leased to ANYONE...They love cliffside and will continue to try their best to please the customers as best as possible the ones who understand mistakes happen and it will all fall into place and mistakes will be ironed out. When a new employee starts you can't expect perfection there or at ANY restaurant for that matter. and to lost it already you are VERY obvious on who you are I know all about your world of FAILURE once again your problem...Leave them alone and do something productive

As a member of the original cliffside family owners, and by this I am talking about Annie, the owner and Kaye, her sister, I can say I have visited the new cliffside 4 times now and was very impressed. Sure, they where extremely busy, took a little while to get the food, but you know what, the same thing happned when we had the resteraunt as well. Its going to happen, your always gonna have some people who are not happy and I beleive that the new owners will take note on what people are saying are issues and they will correct the problems. Remember, the original Cliffside closed in 2009, so many things have changed the last 3 years and it will never be like the original cliffsid, no matter who owns and operates it, but I can say I do beleive sincerely that the new owners are making it as much like the original cliffisde as they can, and for that they should be commended!! all I can really say is I am soooooo glad just to finally see some life back in the place instead of it sitting there wasting away as an empty building. I know that Kaye has went there once and was very happy, just to see it open and there is no doubt in my mind if Annie was still here today with us, she would be tickled pink!!!
