No one really knows what happened. Just because they say its murder doesn't mean it was. I feel sorry for all the innocent kids involved. People don't realize how their comments effect kids. Actually I'm a close friend an I know first had about the whole situation an that he was innocent.. he didn't ever touch a kid an would have never done that. He wasnt that type of person. His crazy ex-gf just wanted him to come back to her an when she wouldn't she told him he wouldn't be with noone else. She said she would make sure of that. Shes the ones who made the false allegations not the child. The child never said he did anything. Not to mention she did the same thing to the guy she was with before charlie because he left her too. The child was a victim of her own mother more than she ever was charlie. The last time they were in court charlie had shown the judge dirty messages his ex-gf sent to him sayin she wanted him to come back an that she loved him. So the judge told her he was about to arrest her for making the false allegations an in JULY.. HIS NEXT COURT date they had aready had it set up to have it all dismissed. Sucks he won't be here now to prove his innocence. Charlie didnt deserve none of this. He never was proven guilty.... they had no evidence cuz it never happend. He was a great hearted person an loved his kids dearly. They ment the world to him. He would have helped anyone if they ever needed it an trusted people way to much (Obviously). He would have never hurt one. I feel sorry for the family an children of the three guys who did this. I know it has to be hard for them too to think there family could do something so horrible. They had kids an supposably knew the bible. Thats why I can't understand how these guys could of had the heart to do something so cold..It just kills me to see charlies family in so much pain an myself, as well as there own for something that was so pointless. I completely agree with Yup Yup...I have 3 kids of my own and I am tired of not being able to let my kids play in their own yard because there are sick bastards out there on the street like this...Everyone wants to put them in jail for several years and we all pay taxes for them to be in there...They get out only to do it again and hurt another innocent child...next time it could be one of our own children...This man is no longer a threat to any child and for that these 3 men should get a medal
