Driver Fails To Stop, Kills Vassar Woman

A 68-year-old Vassar woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday in Arbela Township.

Ive known charlie and donna for many years they were both friends of my grandparents, and its such a sad world when innocent people are killed from someones stupidiness! there was a big stop sign! that means stop! im not trying to harp on seniors but i belive they cause alot of unnecassary deaths in the world and should have to take a drivers test each year and not just paper form drive with an instructor because alot of them cant and shouldnt drive! i feel soo bad for charlie he lost the other half of him!

Rev. Charles M. Knight was laid to rest in Vassar Riverside Cemetery Augest 9, 2009. Charles had served several years as pastop of the First United Methodist Church in Vassar.
