Who lets their 13 yr old kid DRINK let alone drive, let alone DRIVE DRUNK!!!!! YOWZA!!!

I had a close friend who did this several times. Though, he didn't let his son drink, he did let him drive home.
Yea, I expressed my concern over some really bad choices he was making, but my friend firmly felt that letting his kid drive was better than him driving both home drunk. |
