The welfare system is failing all children in Indiana. This is proof. I personally reported an abuse case only to be harrassed and threatened if I report again on this than I could be arrested. When there are clear facts of abuse and the welfare department refuses to listen to you they should be held with the neglect charges as well. Someone besides these parents are at fault as the school did report the abuse and the welfare refused to remove the child. Shes in Gods hands now because of a coward welfare system that needs over hauled. I want to write to every person above the welfare department and tell them how I was treated when I reported clear abuse........
