I think is pretty good evidence that Americans are sick and tired of illegal aliens being in our country. This POS Mexican illegal -- 25 years old, no less -- was sitting with his FIFTEEN YEAR OLD GIRLFRIEND??? That is sick. Sick. Sick.

The illegals need to go home. If they don't go home and they don't appreciate our government deporting them nicely, they will end up seeing more situations like this one. It might not be nice, but it's a fact.

They have no right to be here, and Americans are damn sick of their arrogance, demands, having to pay for them, etc.

I think you'd best get some education.

Immigrants are those who came here legally and have the right to be here and thus deserve the same justice as we get.

Illegal aliens are invaders who have no right to be here and don't deserve anything but a trip back home (should be at their expense, but as long as they leave it's good), and who should think about leaving if they don't want to be deported or have to deal with p*ssed off citizens.

We have had it -- and it's getting worse all the time.

It's not racist to want a sovereign country and for people to come legally or not come at all.

It is sad the young man died. But regardless of the who killed him he was an illegal. I am also tired of them. Illegals have raped, killed, and robbed very good people. And people still will defend them. The two illegals who killed a young girl in NC have got lots of supporters. This is why good people are rebelling. First of all, I have yet to see a copy of the Ten Commandments that says "Thou shalt not kill, except for illegal aliens". Secondly, what would the verdict have been had this victim been a legal immigrant? Would the defense have been...'Oops, we thought he was illegal'? A very dangerous precedent has just been set.

Well, all the Ten Commandments I've read have that little: Thou Shalt Not Covet Your Neighbors' Things in it -- and yet, those nasty illegals are surely doing that "covet" thing.

God also said to follow man's laws...immigration laws are man's laws. Illegals sure aren't following them!

How about Thou Shalt Not Steal? Illegals are surely stealing from Americans and the U.S.!

We should be able to seek civil judgments against all the illegals and their families who hurt Americans. And yet, if we tried, there'd be an uproar. 1. Our ancestors were all immigrants. Those who were not immigrants had their lands, way of life, and freedom taken by the ancestors of you and me.
Mine were German, Scotch/Irish, Brits. Laws were different then.
2. Ancestors of a lot of us needed more help, so we bought slaves to do the hard stuff for us.
3. Murder is murder, regardless of motive or any of the other emotional stuff. Murder is not the same as war-time killing.
4. It is pretty obvious that the jury's decision was based on loyalty before honesty. It was obvious that there was a murder and who was involved in it. Justice was not served, and should be served completely 100% separate from the emotional stuff.
5. This town, and those three teens, are been watched from throughout the country now, actually, throughout the world. I have the names and pictures of those teens. They will grow into adults (even if they don't completely grow up emotionally and intellectually) and they may well be asking me for a job sometime. Got the drift?
6. I suggest that the ones who contributed to the situation should come forward and admit it. Honesty before loyalty. Do what is right and let the consequence follow.
7. This kind of BS is not what I served my country for!
8. Bury the emotionalism and get down to brass tacks.

Your right,can anyone tell me why our government can't be held liable for allowing our country to be invaded by another.
