I'm a resident of Bedminster Square in Fountainville and I'm being hammered every month with approx a 700 gas bill mostly to heat the 2700sf home, the builder has been here twice to make adjustments to the system and nothing happens. Originally, this neighborhood was supposed to be Natural Gas, which they informed me a week before my closing it had changed.
How exactly does one afford $700/m gas bills when you were told it would be less than half that. Should you have to buy your gas at their prices because the association which was run by the builder at the time negotiated the rates and made a profit on the transaction? Hundreds of people are being totally bamboozled here and because everyone thinks we have a larger home we have all this money to throw away... SCREW YOU LIBERTY PROPANE |

We are having the same problem > $800 per month, it's insane. Not sure what options we have.
