Arizona legislators are considering a ballot measure to slap a surcharge on auto registration renewals as one way to keep state parks open in the face of the state's budget troubles.

Lets look a why we need all the dead wood rangers and staff. Then close the un-used parks down, you know like the ROAD SIDE RESTS.

Better yet get rid of the dead wood at the state capital.
