Supposedly some guy owns a city block, 30 houses and 20 apartment complexes in Richmond.... just wanting to know if its a bunch of bs

The guy with the cell silver phone gun boasted that he owned most of Richmond back a few years ago at Prom time at a local choke and puke....He did some time and is out and about again, so I hear.
