I have to laugh because I think they even sent her to NY somewhere to be evaluated.
Sorry but I guess they need an impartial doctor in your area now to tell us what we all know.... she is bipolar and putting on that she is quite insane when she is quite capable of being a mastermind and killing men.

I have never seen so much attention to one person-and to think Brian Wells was apart of all of this and just as guilty. Marjorie Diehl has had enough of the media attention for this crime and her invovlement-more on to something else. Her 15 minute of fame is a old story. Stop giving her attention and maybe she will get lonely and talk. This is costing us taxpapers alot of $$$$ to babysit her

I just read some of the above responses and Pennsylvinia residence are not wacko-because of her//what about the Waco incident from TEXAS. That did not happen in Pennsylvinia. Marjorie just wants attention for people to remember her just as other in the past from all states involved. No one cares what happens to her and no one really wants to hear about her anymore. This is getting old and a waste of everones time. Brian Wells was made out to be a victim and I said from day 1 that he was involved.
..Put her at SCI MUNCY STATE PRISON where she belongs and forget about her..It will save Erie PEnnsylvinia thousands of $$and the FBI can solve other crimes they need to solve-

PeggySue, I agree.... she is being sent to so many different places and where she should be is in PRISON. can't they have a trial for the guy she killed and they found stuffed in the freezer? WHY worry about all the other charges when this one should be easy to prove and once they get her in prison throw away the key. It is silly sending her to all these places on the taxpayers dime.
If they solved the pizza bomber crime, the end results of Brian Well's death can't be changed then why drag this thing out any longer?
Surely they can keep her in jail for killing her boyfriend for the rest of her natural life.

True ... and Marjorie is already sitting in jail for killing her boyfriend. That's why she's incarcerated to begin with.

Did they actually have a trial for the 2nd boyfriend she stuffed into the freezer? Or are they waiting until they can find someone to say she is mentally OK to stand trial for it? Sly like a fox that one.

Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong is serving 7-20 years for killing the boyfriend, James Roden. She has complained loud and long that she IS ready for trial, wants to GO to trial ... tried to fire her lawyer because she doesn't agree with his assessment that she's too mentally ill to go to trial in the Wells case. Her attorneys don't think she's capable of assisting in her own defense, and got a psych involved to declare her incompetent. SHE thinks she is competent. It's the doctors/lawyers who don't believe she's competent.
