Fort Worth clamps down on public drunkenness
Fort Worth is apparently conducting an unpublicized effort to curb dangerous drunken behavior, prevent DWIs and target bars that over-serve patrons.

in Union City Pennsylvinia-we actually had a man by the name of Carl Dailey steal a Almisk Buggie that was tied up drunk and on the horse backwards with a bottle of whiskey. A State Police Trooper was patroling the highway and saw him. in the meantime the Almish was chasing him to hang him for stealing the buggie and the horse. Carl was given a Dui and ordered to stay away from the Almish because they wanted him to be hung. The poor Horse was held hostage until the owner came for him.
....All Carl could saw to the Trooper was: I was a horses ass and saw enough of one!> This is a true story that happened in 1993 |
