Misdemeanor DWI conviction wouldn't disqualify judge

Johnson County prosecutors won't know until next week whether Tarrant County felony court Judge Elizabeth Berry will be charged with driving while intoxicated stemming from her arrest Saturday.

She should be on leave until she is off probation and not paid leave..... She broke the LAW

interlock on her vehicle, community service, court fines, and dwi classes just like the everybody else. She is not above the law!!!
