This is not hard physical work, I get time off whenever I need it and last year received a christmas bonus of $500.00. I had no log book infractions and no accidents, this is the way they reward good drivers like myself. I have talked to drivers from other companies who say they are getting paid such low rates it is no wonder they aren't happy with the job. I think Head-N-North runs only a small fleet but any of the other drivers I run in to seem happy too. By the way, I started with a 2005 Dodge dually 3500 that I paid $28000.00 for. The owners told me that as long as I had a reliable clean looking truck that would be good enough for them. Good luck to all!!!!
