A Rydal Fuel technician arrived at my home an hour after I called to report a leak in my 14-year old water heater. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new heater, however, upon installing the new heater, the technician discovered that the cold and hot water lines to my heater were reversed! He corrected the lines and now for the first time since I can even remember I get really hot water at a low setting. I was not pressured into purchasing a new heater and the technician kept me appropriately apprised of what he was doing and why. I highly recommend their services.
