i have always voted for steve[he is a friend]but cannot support the smoking ban..this is a rights issue and an owner of a bar or restaurant has the right to choose ..almost all restaurant in n. ky are already non smoking

Jim Daley, a former cop and drug agent, he can live of my taxes cleaning up the garbage in today's society. Tom Sparks may be honest but not as much as the other guy. Buckler has done a great job at the jail. Look closely at Tom's background and job experiences. Get a life! Rouse is a rebelrouser who is cary with his idea's of change, like Rand Paul. Pendrey isn't a true conservative. An easy example is this smoking ban he and his lib commishes want to shove down our throat. Have they nothing better to do, than save us from ourselves, with more regulation.

IMO Pendery is not straightforward, especially on the issue of the smoking ban. While I am absolutely against smoking d/t deleterious effects on health, I think govt. has no right to tell business owners how to run their establishments. He has been ducking this til after election, instead of allowing the voters to know where he stands.
