In today's paper there is an article about the. city possibly changing insurance carriers. The thin I found most disturbing in the article was this:

"Several directors said Tuesday they wish they had had some of the information about the insurance costs in the fall before budgeting for 2012 and before the city’s policy with Travelers renewed March 1.

Bahsoon said he and staff were busy with purchasing duties and other tasks, so they were unable to find the time to compile the insurance information until now."

Didn't have time??? Too busy??? I lay this one at Gosack's feet. A good administrator would have demanded that they got it done. Kind of reminds me of the water true up fiasco.

well I'm refering to facts, not views, not opinion

it appears most of the dialogue consist of media sock puppets and city shill sock puppets 'protecting thier intrests'

but beyond that, look at the conversations people are having on here - they're like school children at recess, tossing insults back and forth, about nothing that actually matters

while pasting MSM propaganda as 'proof' which it'self lacks sources or facts

the MSM tells them what they want to hear - thats why propaganda works, it relies on an emotional hook, to short circuit critical thinking, independent gathering of facts, and investigative journalism

these 'opinions/views' require the believer to DO NOTHING, and sound very pretty and comforting

ugly facts in contrast, force you to face an uncertain future, and accept responsibility for driving gass guzzling exhaust fume belching death machine 2 ton penis extensions, responsibilty for the chronic health disorders caused by bad diet, to face economic decline without end, all things that challenge the status quo, and represent change.
