ICE is an excellent idea. I use the iEmergency app on my iphone it works well.

I use iEmergency too and oddly the video actually shows the iEmergency app not the other one they commented on. wierd.. Anyway.. ICE is a good idea.

I use ICEcare on my mobile phone. While it can help me, it gives me the ability to help others around me. Being a parent I worry about my children and I find ICEcare to be most comforting.(http://ICEcare.net )
