Rumor has it that Larry Gazaway's wife has been selected for a position in the County Treasurer's Office. If you listen to the Soapbox, you know that Larry Gazaway has been a supporter of Susan Quick law-breaking activity. He went as far as to say that he spoke with someone at the AG and was told they would not pursue charges against the lawbreaking County Treasurer, Susan Quick even though, the county commissioners were unable to get a return call from the AG and the AG has a strict rule against discussing a case or even if they have a case. So, need I say I what I think of this? Politics stink here! So, it isn't just the newspaper but throw in the radio station!

This doesn't surprize me at all. He hung up on me several times on the Soapbox and I even called to talk to him off the air and he hung up on me. The show should be "The Larry Gazaway Show". It's sad that you have to spend most of the time listening to him and then you aren't allowed to express your opinion if it differs from his. Oh, and Donna everyone reconized your voice.

I can't believe all of the hateful people in this town. I listen to the soapbox every week and I think Larry tries to be as neutral as possible and is very good at bringing out all of the points of discussion from every caller. Even if he has an opinion, he doesn't shove it down our throats. He may appear to some to be argumentive, but he is only trying to get the caller to offer some basis to their opinion and explain their reasoning behind it. Larry is the best thing that ever happened to that radio station and has brought a lot of new and entertaining aspects to the air. If his wife wants to work in the Treasurer's office, good for her. She will be an asset to the County. It, in no way, proves that Larry or his wife condones everything that Susan Quick has done. Afterall, Susan may not even be in that position after November. Some of you would have us shut down the Tribune, shut down the radio station, hang the Commissioners, jail Susan Quick and Joanne Long, blah, blah, blah, and you still would find something to bitch about.

If the AG determined that no charges should be pursued against Susan, how exactly is that Larry Gazaway's doing? Calling the AG's office and finding out about their determinations does not make him a supporter of any activity - just makes him an reporter/investigator as to their determination on the case. Smarter and Sue just want to stir the pot, instead of sticking to facts. Unfortunately that is common on here.

Larry has a contagious personality and is an asset to the radio. Karen will bring some happiness to the TAG office..just leave them alone!

As a member of the Bourbon County Support Group I support the Gazaway's even though Larry snores on road trip and well I dont know if Karen does if you know what I mean. The BCSG is a tax draining entity of the Golf Course. We are funded by all the profits that the Golf course and pool makes to go on road trips and play washers and bean bag games while solving all you worthless peoples problems that are on here instead of working. Now I suppose you wander why Im on here, because I dont work but got hook up with some really well to do people who throw some cash my way because they think Im fun to be around. Larry and Karen keep your heads up, they will be back talking about me soon. Peace Out dudes. Oh, and good luck with the new career.

You have got to be kidding me, you people are the most ignorant bunch of idiots in the entire town. Maybe she got hired because she was qualified and needed a job. Not everything is a conspiracy, you people need to find a hobby. Smarter, lol tell the truth change your name to dumber. You are a petty little person that in the grand scheme of life you don't even count.

I need to back track a little. What I said about the Soapbox I will stand by and I do believe Larry to be biased. As for his job with the radio station as an announcer I think he has a great voice and does a very good job. Susan Quick is over the tag office as well as the treasurer's office on second floor. I don't know Larry's wife but I do know that will be a very difficult and stressfull job with all the State changes. Sometimes I read things on here and get frustrated. I guess I shouldn't comment.

I know the Gazaways very well. They are fair people. If you have a problem with them go tell them in person and not on here. Ive heard people bad mouth me behind my back. What happen to people going to the source of their problem, it will, one way or another get solve alot quicker, Or be the coward you are portraying.

But that is a law for everyone but Susan Quick I guess. She did not collect interest on some. This really looks bad on our officials who hold office and could have started the ouster proceeding.
