I urge you to report the person and topic about the bollinger trial. it only takes a few minutes and they need to be reported maybe we can get the people who are doing this outed. These people are harrasing and slandering and being cowardly bullys hiding behind a name. Its still a crime and people can be charged and ips can be traced if we report them. This needs to stop and so does this site it truly brings out the worst and classless people in this town

Specific identifiers to your PC are recorded as connecting to a IP address at your service provider. With a warrant, a service provider can see who held that IP at the time. It is recorded who the subscriber is that accessed the server and had the IP at the time. It does not have to be a federal crime. There was recently a case in Texas where a retired couple was harassed on topix and it ruined their business. They sued and won an injunction to gain access to the IP information. The people responsible were convicted. Look it up.
