Man shot in head, dies in Junction City

no lynette you didnt offend me, i know how you felt about him and he you. I keep coming on here everyday just to see if by some miracle someone sees this and give me something. there is many cases of homicides that was made to look like suicide, some cases was even closed and three to ten years later the truth came out. i pray i dont haft to wait that long, because you dont go from being happy just three days before to this, but not only because of that reason, but because i knew my son. he would not have done this to himself he loved himself to much and he loved us. again like before i am asking for someone help in this incident even if you dont think it is nothing it just might be.

My daughter has kept me informed on what's been going on here and with the family HIS, family. i was there for the service if that's what it was suppose to be for our young man. His family and us were there for him not show or other reasons.......... thank you, it hurt my heart to for my son to be put away like that, everything to me was like just an after thought. and when i tried to ask why! i was told it wasn't about me, no it was about my son and wanting the best for him. so many family and friends wanted to be there and couldnt because the church was changed 4 times, the time was wrong just seem to be one thing after another and the people who knows my son and knew him well,( not these people who knew him for 2 years but only met him twice) knows that this boy would not have done this at all,(especially for the reason that is told) he was so happy, on the 5th when i talked to him. he had us listening to his music and said when he get his money getting him a studio. i told him to do a song about me, and call it... hey ma ...because that is what he calls me and he laughed that silly laugh of his. last time i heard his laugh last time i heard his voice. not giving up on his memory, someone is out there, someone will see this.

Tony, I know it must be hard(I can't even imagine)but as long as you stay strong and put God first he will help you fight this battle-and I mean you need to keep fighting. Never let go until justice is served. Whatever it takes, whether its writing talk shows, newspapers, continue to contact the miltary,whatever it takes to be heard. Eventually you will be heard. Do this for yourself and those little girls, you all deserve to know the truth. My prays are always with you.

I went to kansas and believe me I will go back, none of this is making sense and i will not give up, anything i here i am calling on it. Someone earlier ask me have i heard from the wife and the answer is no and we talked all the time in the past. It has changed from she ask for a divorce the night before and when no one is buying that, it is now they were having finance troubles. Yet she didn't want to get a job and couldn't even keep the house clean or meals fixed. She was mad that he had me as his beneficiary. November it supposely changed and less than 2 months later my child is gone. But, I will be going back to kansas because one more thing has came up to let you know that something is going on. He went thru so much in Alabama for it to end up like this.

As I said earlier, I have been following this story, well not much of a story anymore, just reading all the posts. This seems real strange not to have heard from his wife anymore, maybe guilt is playing a part in this. I hope you have been after the military and the det. in JC...My heart really goes out to this mother, everytime I read her posts I can feel her pain. A mother knows when something isnt right about her child. Dont ever give up the search for truth. I pray that you will get some answers soon..

i have a question for those reading these posts ,,,,,,,,,, how many of you are ex military and could point this mother in a direction more than what little she knows of now? or will you . i know there is a va office in anniston , in the building where you get your tags .......... they may have other ways tony to get further ..........
or contact his actual duty station, maybe get ahold of his staff sgt. or higher up , even the chaplin may be of some help to find out where they are in the investagation ..........
you as his mother have that right .......... maybe little miss doesn't think we as mothers have the right to go further than them but you'd be surprised what you can find out even in the congress leavel it just takes a hand in the right direction . My husband was military for many yrs. We were stationed at Ft Riley for alot of yrs. I would say that if this were my sitution I would go to Ft Riley and ask to speak with a CID also she should ask to speak to her sons company commader. I doubt that his Sgt can do anything but to point her in the right direction. If she is unable to get to Ks then I would call them. Although not sure if she will have any luck over the phone. I don't really know if the VA can help, but she can try. Also she can go to her local VFW and ask to speak to someone who can give her some advice.

I have contacted j.a.g. and they cant do an investigation they say until the police close the case. I call the police and the case is still open until they get something more. I cant believe that she has moved a man from kansas down here with her, that his policy was changed in november 07, that she is walking around here laughing and joking with everyone like she dont care at all. (And no one sees this important) She is spending money like crazy on her, her sister and this man she moved in with her and havent said a word to my sons oldest daugther, her step-daugther. No powderburns on his hand, no fingerprints and i feel like i just keep hitting brick walls but i wont give up. How can any person walk outside and see a body on the ground, how my baby body looked, and that not affect your mind,( even if it was someone you didnt know) how could your mind be able to go on. I pray some military do see this and please help me get answers. I will contact CID andI will contact his commander first thing. thank you

If your son wife has moved a man in with her,and he has only been dead not even a good 2 months, that means she was in a relationship before his death. That is a big motive for Murder. And to have the Nerves to move him here in the same City with you shows ignorance and no respect.I don't care what no one says, Your son was Murder and his wife had something to do with it, and knows exactly who did it.You said there was no powder burn on his fingers or no finger print, so it was almost impossible for him to do it himself. If comomon folk like us can figure that out, Why can't the investigators who has the education, training,and experience. For The Love Of Money Is The Root Of All Evil,( Money is the Motive of This Murder.)Remember when she asked where is her money after signing the papers from the military. And the insurance policy was changed in November and 2 months later he was gone. If I was you I would not give up until Justice have been served. Maybe you need to report it to the authority that she has moved a man in with her from out of town, he could be from Kansas and he needs to be investigated too. If anyone reading these comments and know of anyone who lives in the area of 127th East 10th St. apartments in Junction City who may have heard something, or saw something on the morning of January 9, 2008 to please come forth and let the authority know what you know. the least little thing can help, It will be very appreciated. I wonder why there is no interviews been done of the families. She said she left twice, that is a lie she left one time and he put her out in september, the family is yelling well he was beating her and choking her, then why did she go back in October on her own and why did you let her. No one came to me and said tell me something about your son, then i would have told them that he was ready to get out the relationship for good that it was not working, he told me and several of his friends in alabama. But no detectives is trying to get in touch with anyone to ask questions. Autopsy cant prove that it was or wasn't a suicide, then u search even further. Why was she allowed to clean up the house? Why was she allowed to even go back in the house or anyone else for that matter. Was she tested for powder, was her clothes tested, was this guy she involved with from kansas tested or talk to. I dont know who did it, but I tell you who didnt and that was my child. But, money is always a good motive for some people it happens to many times in this broken world and that is sad. Because my child is not here to raise his kids, to watch out for his sister or to hug me. He was ready to give the military 20 years of his life. What is the military ready to do for him?

You said she was allowed to clean the house, did she ever cleanup before this? It sounds like she wasn't to much of a good mother or wife because anyone with a small child knows you can't sleep until twelve.the nerves of her to bring the man to alabama with her is a crime in itself like i said before her family knows something and they are trying to make this man look bad so that they can feel better.someone need to look into this hard because there is a small child living with two muderers, not one but two who's to say that she is safe.the family said that he was hitting on her wait until they have to deal with their daughter death because she is living with her husband killer. then they will know what you are going through.i'm not wishing anything on this family just stating the facts.the family is only looking at the money part.the police need to get on their job because this family is getting away with killing someone.the military should not give her anything and the insurance company should not either.mom don't let this one rest because she need to be put in prison alone with that thing she is living with.does her family have anyone in the military or had anyone in it?

It dont seem right for her to have a baby and not be concerned about who this guy is and what do she really know about him. She only lived in kansas for approximately 6 months and she knows this guy well enough to move him down to alabama and in with a 19 months old little girl. Not having respect for his family or even herself she is seeming more and more selfish. And you would think that she would be wanting to know what really happened.

Still looking for answers, and the more I talk to his friends. The more I see what I already knew that nothing is making sense. Someone knows something and I am still looking. Police looked at boy and saw someone weak because wife said she asked for a divorce the night before. I look at a man that had faced many challanges that was hard and ready to face more. But I am still looking!!! On Jan. 9th 2008 on 127 East 10th street my son was shot. If you know anything please help! I am offering $10,000 to anyone with information which leads to the arrest and conviction of person that did this to my child.

Just wanted you to know that at first I didnt know what to believe, but; there is something going on with this, people are talking and I think a lot more people is noticing things. Just wanted to tell you to keep pushing do not let this go.
