This reminds me of a story where a man was found mummified in an apartment .
He had died in his chair watching television but wasn't discovered for a year . The television was still on .

what a weird world we live in. though it is not a crime to die from old age, the police will charge the also elderly daughter with theft of the money the mother received. apparently the daughter didnt know she was old enough to qualify for her own benefits. just so strange, but actually typical for florida.

The daughter is a year away from being eligible for s.s.

....and why shouldn't she be charged with grand theft? S.S. ends the minute you die. That's the problem with this stupid government program and why I don't understand how so many people want it anyway.

Imagine had the Mother paid into a 401K for her working years? Daughter would have the remainder of the money, but nope, s.s. you die and your heirs get nothing.

My Mother died 3 days after her s.s. was deposited to her account for the month and s.s. took the money away.

I can't imagine me keeping my dead mom on her bed and watching her rot. I wonder if they're going to evaluate the daughter to determine if she's mentally sound.

We really need to value child care more in this country and increase the salaries of those that care for the children of working parents. Only then can we attract non-psychotic people to the profession of "day care provider."

Daily Horoscope for November 29

Leo

Deceptive Neptune blends with the Moon to create confusion today; be on your toes at work, where misunderstandings are likely to originate. Organize yourself well today in preparation for tomorrow, when the real fun begins. The more you can clear things up now, the better you will fare tomorrow when everyone seems to go mad.
