Florida man uses weight as a murder defense

If I was his defense attorney I would focus on the cellphone records and other things. I have seen a few cases lately about that type of evidence or computor evidence and I don't have the confidence in it that others seem to have. Back when they charged you roaming charges part of my house showed up as local and part ended up showing up like I was in another state and nothing I could do about it though I was in my kitchen. Recently I argued about my usage charges showing up on my computor one way but my bill another. It did no good. The last couple of days when I try to check it says the info not available because of invalid data.

Not to mention all the ways things are hacked these days.

ah, the old 'too fat' defense....

in WA we had an inmate on death row who appealed his upcoming hanging, saying he was too fat (got that way AFTER incarceration due to eating too much off canteen) and it would be cruel and unusual punishment, as it might make his head pop off...

I shit you not, and he won with this story. the State had to make lethal injection the default method due to Rupe.

btw, he died before any execution of kidney failure and I believe we had to pay for a series of dialysis treatments first.

the moral of the story?? Fat men can also commit heinous crimes
