Pigs at the trough. What you have here is a business that can't sustain itself without government subsidies, lining up for taxpayer largess because NO ONE wants, or can afford, their inefficient products. Government is completely bankrupt, so in debt that they won't be able to dig themselves out in our grandchildren's lifetimes, and still you people think that just because this will "have a positive impact on the Brush area" that there is no downside to this subsidization. Every dollar put into this business is first taken out of the economy by government through taxation, where it could have been spent for sweaters, software, coffee, cars, toys, Viagra, houses, employee payrolls or oil exploration. All of those industries suffer to the exact extent that a subsidized industry flourishes. There is no net positive effect on the economy, it's been proven over and over and over. A subsidy is nothing but a means for the current set of crooks in power to help their friends and kick their enemies. I wish this company nothing but the best, as long as it gets its funding the traditional way - from CUSTOMERS who want to buy efficiently produced products at market prices. If you can't do it without taxpayer money, then take a hike. I'd suggest California - plenty of solar fuel, and the most economically ignorant population on earth.

You'll be able to learn a lot this year if you keep an open mind and discuss your opinions with more enlightened individuals. A romantic connection could be made via a friend, and is a strong possibility: it may also have something to do with last night....
