BARTOW In an unexpected trial strategy, William "Bill-Bill" Brown Jr. pleaded guilty Monday to tampering with evidence and arson, but he continues to face charges of murder and robbery.

William "Bill Bill" Brown is as guilty as sin. He, along with Joseph Bearden, planned the crime on Ryan Skipper. They are both guilty of a hate crime. Brown should be found guilty and go to prison for life - Bearden is already in prison for life. Hey, how about having them as cell mates. Now wouldn't that be justice. Cell mates for life.
