I wonder how much they could save to reduce the layoffs if they would consider how many inmates are due to get out within the year. If they are to be released anyway, let them out a little earlier and save the jobs. What is with the thinking of people in this country. The media hipes them up about early release, the prosecutor types stir things up with how the crime rates will go up. What the h#ll difference does it make to let them go early and save jobs--or keep them full term and lose jobs?? Have we lost our ability to think with reason??

Boy Culver is a real genius. Cut staffing at our prisons is a real good idea. They are already understaffed and cutting more guards puts the rest of the staff in danger. Maybe when someone gets killed he will get his head out of his ass. Oh and real nice of him to renig on his promise to cut his own salary by 10%. What an asshole.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Capricorn

A certain person is strong-willed with the Full Moon in your emotional house of others. It's a lunar eclipse too, so this could lead to some ructions in which everyone becomes firmly entrenched in their own opinions and refuses to acknowledge anyone else's point of view. Get the arguments out of the way early on, so you can then concentrate on having a really enjoyable New Year's Eve.
