You really should give people the benefit of the doubt. You evidently have not read the houston herald website to see that it may not have been just murder. Gossip is really cool until it hurts someone, you all should know that from experience!!

Amazed,

Why was he out of prison if he was to serve a 15 year sentence? Do you know why.
Also where did the money go from the suit he filed and won. Did the taxpayers get any of it back for the crimes he committed and the time he was in prison and we had to pay for it. Will some of it go toward the manhunt to pay law enforcement their overtime and use of equipment they are having to use. Will he have to have a public defender or can he afford on.
I don't know what happened or why. I'm just wondering about his past and saying maybe he should have still been in prison from the sentence he got and being a persistent offender.

Hey, I have gossip and I'm not worried about feelings. My father grew up with him, and rumor has it that he has gotten out of 4 murders and one rape.

i also have some gossip i hear he shot his hunting buddy while they were in the woods hunting i don't know when this happen or why but i do know and have seen first hand that they all are persistant offenders and really i don't understand why they let him out of prison in the first place i say yes give someone a second chance but not over and over it just cost us taxpayers more and more money sending them back and forth to prison

I don't know why he was released but I do know the suit was about being mistreated in prison. Smiley only received 1/2 of a million, instead of the full 1 million. Did you know that every single person in their family starts with a N (example: Nashana, Narson, Nelson, Neldon), and so on.

Nolan was shot by his exwife, on main street of Houston in broad daylight. She empted a pistol into him. If I remember correctly a restraining order had been placed against him, so when he went for her in front of the bank, she just opened up. Turned out she was pretty darn good shot.

Lots of stories about those guys, in the bars if no one would fight them, they would fight each other. One of the brothers got mad and shot another one in the back with a shotgun and birdshot one night, that happened in Roby close to where Walts is now. At one time or another back in the early to late 70s I had a beer with most of them, no we weren't friends but hung out in some of the same places. They used to have a cabin of some kind way back in the woods over by Boiling Spings

It was his mother in law that wielded the weapon, but wife and baby were there. As I remember there was no sympathy for the family. I know in a large family, there are bound to be a bad apple or two, but how do you raise a whole clan to turn out like this? Reminds me of the old westerns,

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Gemini

It's a busy day and you've got quite enough to do without having to cope with people clamoring for your attention and likely to go into a huff if they don't get it. Is this person feeling neglected because you're busily occupied elsewhere or are there other reasons for their demanding mood? Simply giving them a big hug could make all the difference to their behavior.
