I also have a feeling that Neiman may have given him a "cap" of his special "sauce" in order to loosen Golini up a bit for a good time.

Little did Neiman know that Golini was already on some stuff that didn't mix well with his special sauce.

Golini croaks....Neiman says "Oh shit he croaked in my penthouse...This could be bad...". Tries to revive Golini before calling 911 (to avoid a potentially bad situation). Fails to revive him and then calls 911.

A poor case of severe mis-judgement. Should Neiman be condemned for life? No. Should he pay some price for his poor decision making? Yes.

Just my opinion and "hunch" about what happened.

The facts surrounding this case indicate that Neiman is nothing more than a murderous sexual predator. Christopher Golini was lured to Neimans penthouse with the promise of a good job awaiting him in the field of his expertese. Alas, the young man may have missed the signs of danger, however... that is understandable, and doesn't diminish the vile nature of Neiman's actions that night. There is a reason Neiman is hiding in Panama City, Panama. He is not a man... A man would own-up to his wrongdoings... his sins... and make amends. Neiman is a "Nothing" who deserves what the Almighty has in store for him.

I used to work within the condos that Mr. Neiman lived and I honestly don't believe he even needed to be a rapist. EVERY NIGHT he had groups of young boys (age 18-25) coming to see him to "work" for the night. 95% of the time, these kids looked like doped up crack heads, meth heads, and heroin addicts. Absolute scum of the earth. It was uncomfortable seeing these people on the property considering that fact that they were high class, luxury ocean front condos on ft. Lauderdale beach. One boy stopped to talk with me one night. He told me "Brian just paid me $500!!!! I had to do some stuff with him, but I'm only 21. How else can I make a quick $500 for just an hour. Sh*t I'm straight, but its whatever. If gay dude is willing to pay this cash, I gotta do what I gotta do!" It's disgusting that he hires these junkie male prostitutes, but drug addicts will do ANYTHING for money. Was Brian a disgusting man? Yes, but I don't think he's really a rapist when these addicts are willing to f*ck for some quick cash!

Yes, Indeed the scum of the earth will do anything for cash..Mr Golini was not of that class. He was educated and he was offered a lucrative position with the Formula. Neiman as most predators met Golini in a straight bar and identified himself as being married. Golini was interested in the job opportunity as his phone records will reflect. He did'nt need cash. He was employed and had great parents to support him. Why would Neiman want a straight young boy..That is the ultimate challenge for the Gay Predator..Golini was raped. Neiman is a rapist and murderer.

Although item number 4 seems unlikely unless Neiman had Golini strapped down somehow. There was no evidence in the case to indicate that he was strapped down so I would probably rule the escape out on that one.

Mr. Neiman was into kinky sex and he did have restraints, paddles, and a crop.

Just to clarify the evidence in the case relating to Golini attempting to run out of the penthouse. There was a witness in the back room overlooked by the FLPD ( Detective Jenkins) that had personal knowledge that Golini tried to run away. Neiman then kidnapped and drugged him until his death with Cocaine and GHB. This case will surely be solved. There is no statute of limitations on murder.

No doubt whatsoever that Neiman's judgement day will come...sooner rather than later. God works in mysterious ways!!
