Four motorcyclists injured on Interstate 595 near Weston

This new game of suicide bikers racing up behind slower cars then zipping into the next lane at the last possible second is becoming amusing. Reading about these losers slamming into the back of cars and then tumbling into oncoming traffic or hurling over bridges gives me something to look forward to. Keep up the good work but let's try to limit this activity to nights and weekends so you don't inconvenience those of us that travel the roadways to work.

No need to assume...we here in south Florida know what happen...If he was a novice rider then chances are that he was trying to keep up with his homeboys...and couldn't end result..trip to hospital...

been on the highways here lately judy?? you highly doubt he was speeding, i highly doubt you know how people on crotch rockets ride down here... and if he was a beginner, he should have picked a better place to learn how to ride...

I agree with alot of people here. There is way too many wanna be 'fast boys" that ride big bikes (1000 CC +) and cant handle it. Those are the ones thats making alot of us responsible and experienced riders look bad. I feel that these guys deserve what they got. Who rear ends a car in the first place. Its very obvious that these guys dont know any brake control and cant ride.
I know alot of guys I meet in Ft Lauderdale and Miami bought a bike cause they want to pick up girls. Which is the dumbest reason why you want a bike. In my opion they guys that crashed is a bunch of morons that cannot ride and deserve what they got.

For you INFORMATION i grew up in Miami and was just there this week. All of you are seriously mentally ill. It is simple he was NOT speeding he is a beginner and didn't know the best way to avoid an accident when his friend hit the car! I wish the WORST for all of your rude comments. The problem lies in the FHP officer and this currupt newspaper. First off I know andrew, andy as we call him, andy has never done anything stupid or careless. He is a stand up guy who would go above and beyond to help anyone. Its a shame that no one has the story straight and all you morons go by is what you hear. There was no VAN in this accident and the dumb woman driving the CAR was probaly on a cell phone. From a witness at the scene it was made clear that the woman driving the car swerved into the pack of bikers causing the accident. But everyone loves to assume its the bikers. I hate bikes but i respect the people that ride them and understand what they do. For all of you to say it was the bikers fault without knowing anything or any of them, your just as bad as the driver. Another thing SGT. MARK WYSOCKY you need to get your story straight. Your a prejudice cop with a grudge againts bikers. BRIAN HAAS your another moron, did you take 2 seconds to interview anyone from the scene to get what really happened???

I think everyone on here should get a live and let the guys get their lives back slowly. Hopefully the woman will pay for her mistake.

First, if you're going to make a feeble attempt at communicating here, then learn how to write (It's not "get a live", it's "get a life").

Second, by all accounts, the motorist was struck from behind. What exactly is it that she did (mr. all-knowing, burning bush of information), that was wrong?? Enlighten us, since you obviously MUST have been there, on scene, and you feel you are the complete authority on it. We'd really like to know WHY your investigation isn't complete yet, and oh yeah, where can we pick up a copy of YOUR report (complete with crash diagram and witness statements)?!?

Anyways... None of us were on scene. The reporter was not on scene. I did spend the entire night in the hospital hearing the story from every person there.

There was no van. Nobody was rear-ended. Think logically for a second.... I know it might be hard... but try it. How can anybody miss seeing a van in front of them... and just rear end it? and the 3 others also wipe out? Common sense people... use it.

Did you know that there were 6 people riding that day... together... the 2 bikes in front were fine... I guess they teleported through the van just to be safe.

Since you all know so much from just a short erroneous blip in the newspaper, show me your own scene report and diagrams. I would love to see it. Otherwise sit back and stop making judgement calls for any party involved.

Whomever was at fault, would it hurt you to just leave a commemt hoping that everyone involoved gets better soon? After all they are all human beings still. With family and friends.
