Foo: "In fact, your earliest postings back in 2006 showed you being in Brewer Maine, and they still show that."

Okay, lol, prove that. Provide an "earlier post from Lynne in "2006" that says "Brewer, Maine". It'll be interesting to see what you come back with.

I've been at Topix forums, not just this one, and I've noticed the isps on those not registered keeps changing, even the states aren't the same. Which is what I found funny when you posted once that Lynne supposedly "is from" somewhere else, not Maine.

Won't be around this wk-end, so you have plenty of time to be looking up what would prove your claims about the isp being "Brewer, Maine", and plenty of time to come up with your usual types of excuses as to what you should know are [facts I posted] about you posting about book stores in the Bangor area.

I don't usually count posts either, "Nutjob". I only did it this time to make the point, which I made, about [your ]inability to let my posts go by without responding. Which is funny since you post that I'm the one who can't ignore posts.

Nah, you can't hide it. You can't ignore my posts. You can't help explaining in minutia lest, gods forgive, you might misrepresent yourself. I, on the other hand, don't deny or defend anything. Nope. I don't give a rat's ass what you or anyone else think of me. I like me and I find you amusing. You're a goofball! It's interesting how someone, like you, who has no sense of humor, can be so damn funny!

Have a nice weekend getting your back waxed for the summer. Good idea. Haha, don't hate, j/k.

Actually, you sound like Junket too.
Neither Elise nor Junket can answer questions either and can only come back with meaningless stupidity. Junket talks about things being "unbecoming", as though what she posts is always so "becoming". lol.
Again, don't care who you are, but we can play the guessing game too. Not that who you are matters, because I really don't care. The content of the posts is what matters to me and thus far, you haven't had any substance in the content of your posts. Just kiss up type of posts with PCers, and non-answers to questions asked of you.
Lily, you take the cake. I'm skeptical that I've used the word "unbecoming" - but no doubt you'll have proof. What question(s) posed to me, have I not answered to your satisfaction your royal highness?

No, that is not true. A fetus has no will; it has no consciousness.
So soldiers and police are murderers, since the people they might kill certainly didn't want to die? Nope; that is not the definition of murder.
Screaming, "WHO IS OUT OF CONTROL BABY KILLER" might indicate a certain loss of control.

And it's not always a fetus. It may be at an earlier stage.

These fundies often attribute actions to God so where is the outrage for all the abortions their god does in the form of miscarriages? They say their God controls everything right? I thought I saw one of them say this god owns us or something.

These fundies are just idiots. They'd attribute all those miscarriages to "God's will" or because there must be a reason and then shriek about abortions.

They can twist anything to suit their dogma, that's for sure.

Watch them twist themselves into knots explaining how abortions are not god's will. It's always good when it cycles back around.

A fundamental part of most western religions is that anything that happens is fine as long as it does not involve a human being taking control of himself or his environment. Miscarriages are god's will but abortion--taking control of the body--is not. Same result, but you didn't get a signed note from god before exerting your own "free will."

If you screw a 13yo, you go to jail; if god does, it's a beautiful thing--especially if she's already engaged and god can get some other schlub to raise the kid with no support from the father. If humans do that, it's a bad thing...

Fundies are full of contradictions. They say whatever they think will support their dogma at the moment. They say God gave us "free will" and then talk about what God wants us to do, "God's will" they call it. So a woman uses her "free will" and chooses abortion and then the fundies say she's going against "God's will" or what "God wants".

ssdd?

So western religion is based on double-standards that the fundies enthusiastically employ in their *arguments.

I don't see a double standard. There are standards and there are no standards. There are morals and there are no morals. That's where free will comes in. You can pick to live either way. Get it 'free will'?

Good afternoon "Ink."

"STO," and I got into this sort of discussion a year or two ago and, with many of its sort, it ended up rather unsatisfactorily.
If memory serves, I was the one who "threw in the towel" because I'd come to the conclusion that we were not merely asking the same questions over and over, but that we were just modifying and varying them as we went along.
As I recall, "STO" presented his argument quite well; that there could be an "omniscient" God and "Free-Will" could exist in the presence of such a being. If I'm remembering alright, he'd proposed an "omniscient" God that wasn't "omnipotent."
That is, the God he put forth could "know" everything that was going to happen, but couldn't actively intervene to manipulate events to fit with his "knowledge."
I was trying to argue that such knowledge already rendered "Free-Will" as either useless, or illusory.

What's your take on this?

Yes, recently pea brain. I wasn't talking about what you said recently.
"At NO time have I EVER claimed you were from Bangor as you claimed."
Is that the loophole you're going to try to latch onto, something I misspoke?
Here's my original claim, in answer to Michelle as to why I know about [Maine] and about [Bangor] in reference to "Lynne".
I said [you] mentioned Maine and Bangor. That was the truth.
Michelle:wrote: "How did you know that Lynne was from ME? She hasn't posted here in a long time, well before you joined, and she blocked her location when Topix gave that option."
Lil Lily: "Because Foo said so, Michelle. Nice try. lol She's also mentioned Bangor, ME. How would I know? She directs those posts to me. "
THAT was my "claim", and it's true that you did say Lynne was from Maine and you did mention Bangor.
Michele barely posts here so how would she know anything about what is said here?@@

It's been said a few times( Lynnes isp).

These people are *soooooo*sure that your Lynne that they spend EVERY waking hour trying to prove it. Doesn't sound like they can prove *any* of their claims.

Pathetic existence they have that an anonymous poster consumes their every moment. Don't they have families..hobbies..outings.... .?
