I really don't get it. Wearing your pants around your knees with full underwear exposure. Might as well take them off so you won't be hindered by holding them as you walk in public. Cracks may not be hanging out, but everything else is. My students are literally belting their pants BELOW their butt cheeks. Which means everything from waist to thigh is only covered by boxer shorts ... and the boys are one boxer flap away from indecent exposure.

Couldn't agree more! I did know that the "look" was based on inmates, but I did NOT know it also signaled an inmate was gay. I wonder if these kids know that it could be telling the world they are gay?
