Well we have officially increased US population by a third since I was born. I remain childless by choice, and have not killed anyone. I ought to get some kind of award.

Well lets fix our system and do not let them continue to breed. If you have one mistake is okay but after that you are on your own. Or even better yet neuter everyone that has more than one child and living off the tax payers. This will send a message wrap it or loose it. If you cannot feed them do not breed them.
