Arrest came after a tip from a police informant that he was seen running up and down Time Square with a Missouri license plate that read YUMMY and screaming "now I've got the yummiest weiners." A psychological evaluation of the perp followed. After searching of the Nathan's Famous Hot Dog stands around the county, it was revealed that the owner ran a national ring of personlized plate thiefs. Other plates recovered include: IMAWENR, BUNMAN, ALLBEEF, and CYAL8R

Don't you think that the people at Oscar Mayers would make sure it's street legal AND safe? Cops are always looking to make money. Either that or he just wanted some more freebies. On taxpayer time.

Instead, they could have chosen something like "Yummy1" or something like that. It is funny, but there could have been serious repurcussions had it not been the wienie wagon. The State dropped the ball,(er mustard), on this one. Glad that it all ended well.. But, did they fix the problem or is the tag still in the system as stolen?
