Information for all, about the biggest con-game ever pulled off in V.W.County History. The manipulation of the public by a few greedy politicians is at this time ongoing. The culprits are so arrogant that they keep up the harracement to this day. Yelling "you will never beat me" as a wake up call, Just this morning.
Calling on the public to extend their knowledge about my daily comings and goings by asking motorists for information about my movements (over CB?) Still considered stalking!
The conglomerate took advantage of a mentally ill illiterate man who moved to Convoy Nursing Center from Ft. Wayne, in his last year of life.
While there Money and money orders were found in my fathers mattress by my sisters landlord and brought to the attention of the conglomerate members. All publicized that these people had found the mattress in the Van Rue Building. When I look for this information on Microfilm I find it to be missing. The conglomerate got my father to sign away his earnings of 38 years from General Electric. His rightful heirs never seeing a penny and being on welfare to this day, while the con-artists have greatly increased their holdings with their ill-gotten gains. How I will ever solve this dilema (unknown). I will however ask for the help of my fellow countymen to bring these culprits to justice.

The real "Catch 22" that the welfare department is in is: how do you hide your involvement in your relatives dishonesty, while denying responsibility to keep your job with the state, but still harass the people who were robbed, out of the county in an attempt to shut them up.
The dilemma will only be solved when the people robbed are given back their actual inheritance. Life Insurance is the only thing that keeps me safe. The Life Insurance companies do not like it when their clients die, they usually do their own investigations (the only guarantee to my safety.

I was wrong about the way my father lost his life savings, I only had memory to go by. I now remember that all the corrupt perpetrators only had to have my father sign his money orders over to them. And his complaining about how sore his arm got from writing the money orders out. The ones that were mentioned in the Van Wert Bulletin 2001-02. Still looking for that article, thank you to all of those who are trying to help.
