She could donate some land to KISD then get a contract to build a facility. It could turn out to be like the land she donated in Harker Heights. Then she got the bid to build the park on that donated land for a million something.

All i know isthat if a company is donating land to a city, they must be generous. and if they get contracts because of low bids,....sounds like they are keeping their employees paid at the expense of their own pockets. but what do i know...im just a waitress.
