Scottsdale architect accuses Navajo speaker of ethics violations

This Will Graven guy is an absolute whack job and is still suing everyone. Several federal judges have thrown out his lawsuits, and now he's refiled them all in county court. This guy will not give up and needs to be stopped. He has millions of dollars in judgements against him, IRS liens, you name it. Look on www.maricopa.gov and see for yourself. He has abused the legal system over and over and it is unreal how he has gotten away with one frivolous lawsuit after another.

When dealing with any governmental entity, be it federal, local and tribal, a verbal commitment is meaningless. A written and duly authorized document is the only means of making a commitment on behalf of government. Nothing 3rd world about that.

I might also add, a judge needs to order that Will Graven be psychologically evaluated before he is to continue filing lawsuit after lawsuit. I truly think there is something mentally wrong with this guy. I don't know whether to feel sorry for him or to blame the courts for allowing him to consecutively, file lawsuit after lawsuit against everyone he feels has done him wrong; it is bad.

You can tell from all the post's on this issue, that Mr Graven MAY BE trying to get money for nothing. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE DOES!! He has been suing people in Maricopa Superior Court for years, trying to blame them for his own shortcomings as a businessman. He is NO ARCHITECT as presented, he is a blue sky salesman who lost 3 million dollars of a tribes money from Minnesota, by engaging a shady deal in Mexico. He spent millions on Wineing and Dining "leaders" from several tribes, hoping to get business... and he got burned. STOP IT WILL GRAVEN!!! Just take yourself out to the desert and let the lizzards eat you up...

How people feel about indians or the Navajos has nothing to do with the crazy court filings of Will Graven. He has abused the court system for years and tries to sue EVERYONE. He has $1 million in judgements him against and continues to file one frivolous lawsuit after another. He also screwed a bunch of sub contractors out of all their money and bought or lease himself a JET with it. How does one get away with all the crap he does and not go to jail? Look up this guy on maricopa county court website and look at all the lawsuits he has been involved in. He is a crook and if you were smart you would have NOTHING to do with him. You have been warned.
