this? Even with the Federal money, Fort Collins doesn't have the money to maintain this project.

Just when more & more folks are using this path for biking and walking now were are get on a transit how healthy is that. Check out NY city they just replaced parking lots for cars to parking lots for bicycles. Fort Collins get a grip. This projected was voted down twice and not only because of the cost. We don't want it. It is obsolete before it even starts.
