no that is not an excuse, you jion up to kill and that is a noble way to show that yiou care about freedom.

He killed because he wanted to kill not because he was a soldier.

As a war veteran diagnosed with PTSD, I can tell you that the 80,000 soldiers with PTSD do not have a higher rate of committing murder than the general population. Alcohol is a much bigger factor.
