Hey "Lends a hand" You apparently really don't know sqwat about Montana, do you? Somthing like that is typical. especialy near the rez, how do I know? I was born in Montana and raised on the rez off and on. Incidents like that in Montana are nothing new, do your research. "So do You See, you learned somthing today" give your self a cookie.

I am living in California and lived on and off the reservation for 21 years. I am so sorry for the families of the victims. I am truly sorry for your loss no matter where you're from it's such a difficult heartrenching situation. It makes me even more upset to read how someone could be so heartless as Cali. Hope that never happens to you. And if it ever did/does I hope you get more sympathy than you give.

It doesn't get any better than dying in a car wreck toked up and drunk. Be sad when they are skipping school and getting crap grades that's whenthey're kissing their heritage good bye. If they had only stayed in school and used themilitary as a stepping stone to bigger and better chances at life. When I see the parents crying away at the funeral then drinking to their demise later it's phony to me.

I could come back and be just like those of you who have replied with the words you chose but I won't put myself in your shoes...Every person including ALL 1st nations of this land live with what has been brought to us each and every day. Our lives have been so belittled since 1492 but we are still walking. We will always be here. My prayers will include those who still cannot think of prayers for those who have left this world and journeyed on. My healing will always be with my children & grandchildren, this is the way we have survived and will continue to survive.

Sad but true. There are some that will never learn to quit drinking and hurting their families. They use every excuse to drink and then abuse their kids,or Parents. There is always a loss but not as sad when it is your OWN family memeber. There is suppose to be the Circle to believe in and I guess some have quit believing in that.No small wonder the living conditions are so third world.

True Northern Cheyenne:Be yourself and be good at it if you mean right. You being in the Military will carry you many places and meet many new people. You will see the good, bad & ugly. Only you can decide which side you want to be on. There will be many you will have to leave behind as I have done in the past, but don't forget where you came from. There are some who want to venture out as you have done. I see many people drunk and they aren't all in Montana, many different races. You must look out for yourself and help others who will except you help.
