Deputy Chief Minister J&K state include District Kishtwar Administration seen helplessness in front of NHPC GM Kishtwar, because NHPC GM denied to completion,widening and maintenance of Kishtwar Palmar road before clearance of Packaldool & wodser power project.but suffer in between only local 90 thousand people, without proper transport service and worst condition of roads, from last 1997 to till 4th may 2009 97 people were die in road accident and hundreds were injured, and more were physically disable. Administration and Political leaders only give the assurances from last 30 year but no proper transport service nor road maintenances. God knows better who driver manage to drive the vehicle on that roads.
