I don't think that the Bemus Bay Pops needs to get anymore tax money, if so they need to open it up so more people could attend it without being squeezed into a smaller and smaller area. It is suppose to be free.

No matter what, everybody thinks their needs are bigger than everyone elses. It's why schools don't consolodate, government programs never get cut, and why the Federal, State and County governments are ALL broke! I doubt very much the supposed tourism dollars the Pops generates is what they claim. Most such claims are seriously inflated.

The Pops numbers have to be inflated. There's no way that the Pops draws twice as many as Chautauqua. And here goes the wishy washy douche-bag legislators trying to back track to give the Pops more money. Just when you think they are growing some McNuggets they go and neuter themselves again. Let Dalpra make up the difference. He makes all the money up there.

And today I see where there is a article in the Erie Times News and it is going to be on the news tonight on channel 7, does Dan Dalpra think that this is going to get him more money. The county shouldn't be giving him more money as they should be making enough to do on their own, give someone else a chance. Dalpra's business makes alot of money since you have to buy from him nothing taken in.

It's funny. The only time the bed tax law has a "gray area" is when the legislators are discussing it.

Here's the hint for the day....any gray area involving bedding can be fixed with a little bleach!!! Then hang dry for freshness!

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Aquarius

Watch out if you're going shopping, because you'll be tempted to splash out on impulse buys. This doesn't matter so much if you're feeling flush, but it could cause problems if you're supposed to be counting every penny. Whatever the state of your finances, you may buy items you don't need and possibly even won't like when you look at them again tomorrow.
